What this page usually needs to cover

—

What personal data you collect (e.g. the newsletter and account-opening forms’ email addresses) and why.

—

Cookies or local storage you use — this template adds none of its own, but Framer’s hosting and any analytics or embeds you enable may. List them here.

—

Where data is processed and stored, and for how long, including Framer’s hosting and form inbox.

—

Third parties you share data with (Framer, your card-issuing partner, your accounting integrations).

—

How people can access, correct or delete their data, and who to contact.

—

The legal basis for processing (e.g. GDPR Article 6) if you operate in or sell to the EU/EEA.

This template, specifically

The “Open an account” / “Book a walkthrough” form and the newsletter signup are native Framer forms. Submissions land in your Framer project’s form inbox (and any integration you connect there), so name Framer as a processor and say what you do with the addresses you collect. The card maker, budget panel, receipts, approvals, FX, sync, freelancer-card and rebilling tiles are illustrative demo data only — no real cards, payments or ledgers are involved. The site is hosted by Framer, and its fonts are served from Framer’s hosting. Once you connect a real card program and accounting integrations, update this page to name those providers and what they do with the data.

Replace before launch: this page is a placeholder policy and a starting outline, not legal advice. Have a lawyer (or a service like Termly or iubenda) confirm it covers your actual data practices and jurisdiction.

The Month-End.

A short, useful email for studio producers and finance leads. Monthly, obviously.
